Pick List – Visual How To Guide

The Pick List tool enables you to gather a selection of objects that are not necessarily associated with other by a common attribute and therefore difficult to bring together with the use of filter searches. Once you have created your Pick List you can either create a new group or view a temporary list of the objects, which you can perform other actions with – like changing location or generating reports.

How to create a Pick List

1. From the Groups page – click into any group that you wish to select objects from.

Now that you have selected objects from this group, go to another to continue your selection. You will notice that even though you have moved to a different page, your pick list is still present.
